If you encounter problems with your Tansa installation, our customer center is ready to help.
Send us an email with a description of the problem, and please include your contact information so we can help you.


You can also find manuals, tips and other useful information about our products on our documentation page.



Remote Support

Our primary platform for remote support is Microsoft Teams. However, if you prefer to use TeamViewer, please launch the QuickSupport application by clicking the link below.

A Tansa technician will then be able to remotely connect to your desktop and look into your problem. We will not ask for a username and password until we connect to your computer.
