Online Support

If you experience a problem with your Tansa solution you may use our online support to report and track your inquiry.


Remote Support

We use TeamViewer for remote support. Please start the QuickSupport app by clicking the link below. A Tansa technician will then be able to remotely connect to your desktop and look into your problem. We will not ask for a username and password until we connect to your computer.
